Do I need a paid AI subscription? +
Templates work with free tiers of Claude and Gemini. A paid plan unlocks Notion MCP, which lets your AI read and write directly to your workspace. Recommended but not required. Set up Notion MCP →

That's the point. Rename databases, add properties, combine templates, delete what you don't need. The Project Instructions adapt as you evolve your system.
What's inside each template? +

How do AI roles work? +

Which AI assistants are compatible? +
